Salaam and hello everyone!

Nowadays are busy days for me as a principal photographer of Ahmad Firdaus Photography. The fasting month is just around the corner. For those who dont know what fasting month is, it is a month where the Muslims all over the world fast during the day, and withstand ourselves from things that can break the fast.

And some of you may be wondering, why would I be busy if I have to fast? Actually thats not the point. The real point is, after the fasting month, there will be a celebration called Eid Mubarak or in Malaysia we call it Hari Raya Aidil Fitri. This is the time where most Malaysian Muslims will go back to their original place, to where the came from outside the city. This is the time they will meet their parents, families, relatives and others. And to relate to my story earlier, they will want their WEDDING ALBUM before the festive season so they can show it to families and friends. I am working hard, and hope to get them done just in time! :)

Solemnization of Zeti Zafina & Fadley Abdullah, with Garden-style decoration

Salaam and welcome everyone.

This is my first post in this blog. Yay! I normally published my artwork in my official website of www.dausphoto.com. And even more frequent in my facebook fanpage Ahmad Firdaus Photography. Its my first post of this blog, however I have been in the industry for more than 2 years. So a brief introduction first, we will get to know each other more in the later post. Thanks for reading and let me know if you enjoy looking at these photos ;)

These were the day of the solemnization of a very sweet couple of Zeti Zafina and Fadley Abdullah. A big congratulations to them on the marriage! :) They were both students in Germany from few years back and apparently they can also speak the German language. This was proven true, when they expressed their love  to each other during the beautiful ceremony.

So lets wait no more, enjoy!

I love the decoration so much. It resembles the dreamy garden/beach kinda wedding. I was told that they planned to do it at an open field nearby their house, but later decided not to proceed with the plan due to unpredictable Kuala Lumpur weather. Nevertheless, a beautiful ceremony, still :)

The moment of truth. Fadley was extremely calm so the kadi decided to pull a trick on him. Just after he recited the akad, the kadi and the gang (the witnesses) all looked at each other in a serious face, as if there was something wrong with it. 

I bet the Fadley was nervous as it looked as if he needed to repeat the akad. Then the kadi slowly said "sah!", and everyone was LAUGHING HARD!. Apparently, the kadi deliberately did that, you can see it from his face. I saw it and snap! I got his photo here hehe! So future grooms, beware! :D

This was when Fadley handed the mas kahwin to Zafina, and the DJ and all the crowds, agreed that they HAVE to express their love in German language. And yes, there's no way Fadley and Zafina, as a newly wed couple, can resist the voice of the people! :D

Made for each other. May Allah bless this couple in this world and hereafter :)
