Majlis Persandingan II Hafidz & Anis

The last episode of Hafidz and Anis. Actually the proper of saying this is that it is the final round of the wedding photo session with them, and definitely a new and exciting beginning for them. But then, you never know if sometimes in the future they are going to hire me, say wedding anniversary shoot? baby shower? :)

I have tried the best I can for them, and sure hope they like it. The wedding reception took place at beautiful and refreshing Oakleaf Club, located on top of Bukit Antarabangsa. Lets not waste more time and have a look at how I describe the event, from my images :)

Wedding Reception: Azim + Khodijah

Howdie. I am pretty sure some of you may wonder why at times, I wrote in Malay and another in English. It depends on the mood, actually. And this time, perhaps it is due to the groom of the day, Mr Azim appeared in Western attire.

The beautiful event take place, right after the solemnization. You can find the photos of solemnization here. If you see, right after their solemnization we did not spend time to have a short portraiture session due to time constraint. And until today, Mr Azim is the only groom that I know, brought me out for a drink with his relatives, just before the wedding reception. In short, the guys don't need too much time to prepare. Don't get me wrong, I did not encourage him to do so. In fact, I joked with him that day, "if something were to happen, we will be on the front page of the Metro". FYI, Metro is a newspaper known for eye-catching news.

Nevertheless, everything went as planned. Azim proved that even though he prepared about an hour late to the bride, he could still get it done before the bride. I do not have photos of preparation of the bride, as the couple are not into it. So, in the photos below you will see the groom's preparation, the beautiful event itself and as usual, the portraiture session after the event.

Majlis Persandingan Hafidz & Anis

Hari tu saya pernah post tentang majlis pernikahan mereka berdua ni, yang diadakan di Gombak, Selangor. Post kali ini ialah susulan kepada majlis tersebut iaitu majlis persandingan yang bertempat di Dewan Tun Raha, Yayasan Tun Razak.

Selalunya saya bergerak secara solo. Tapi kali ini saya ditemani oleh teman fotografi yang tidak kurang hebatnya iaitu Mohamed Zizo. Kami hadir awal pada hari tersebut untuk melihat rehearsal majlis. Sebelum majlis, saya juga telah menyediakan gambar-gambar untuk slideshow, khas untuk pasangan ni. Bangga pula rasanya bila orang hargai dan pamer hasil seni kita untuk tatapan tetamu majlis.

Majlis Pernikahan Azim & Khodijah

Kali ini saya bertugas sebagai photographer untuk majlis pernikahan Azim & Khodijah. Pernikahan ini bertempat di Masjid Bukit Puchong. Suasana pagi agak mendung dan sedikit hujan, yang menjadi asbab saya tertinggal payung di masjid tu. Semoga siapa yang jumpa dapat manfaatkan payung tu sebab dia cantik dan berwarna seperti pelangi.

Ok berbalik kepada topik asal, sebelum majlis ni, saya telah diberi pelbagai details untuk memastikan majlis berjalan lancar memandangkan majlis pernikahan dan persandingan dilangsungkan pada hari yang sama. Sehebat mana pon kami merancang, Allah lah yang sebaik-baik perancang. Azim berwajah lain daripada gambar profile whatsapp beliau yang berjambang bagai. Kini di ambang pernikahan beliau, seolah-olah wajah Awal Ashaari yang baru lepas bercukur.
